Ok I am not even sure if this is possible, to my knowledge no. But everyone
here has surprised me with their innovative suggestions, so I figured if
anyone has the answer if would be here. Anyway my question is below. We
receive orders sent via email from NYC board of Ed and through attached PDF
documents sent in an email. The document contains many orders with various
order numbers. I need to know if there is an add on or a feature that lets
you look for specific words within that PDF file without having to deploy the
attachment.
The problem that occurs is that we will receive a call from the client and
they want to know where the order is, if it is not in our system we need to
search our email to see if the order was ever sent. We could simply search
the emails by date, however the teacher may have submitted the order to the
board of Ed on one date, but the board of Ed sent the order 10 days later for
example. So if there is a way to search a PDF document embedded into an email
without having to pull up the whole document email by email. I would
appreciate any suggestions.
