Line # 51 on in the left column
Click on: Tab Missing, and save the resulting sstabmissing.reg file to a folder on your
hard drive. Then right click the downloaded file, and then left click Merge on the
resulting context menu. When the dialog box asks if you want the information added to
your Registry say YES. Then reboot your system, and hopefully the Screen Saver tab will
be listed in the Display Properties window where it should be.
