Screen Jumps When Using Scrolling Bar

When I use my mouse on the scrolling bar on the righthand side, my screen does not move until I stop the mouse. When using the arrow at the bottom of the scroll bar the screen jumps while moving.

Is there some setting to check or uncheck for this? Its very annoying. Thanks

The first thing that comes to mind is your video card driver, do you have
the latest from the drive's Mfr. ?

Control point---mouse---scroll point--- try different settings.

Jax, do you mean try to get up-dates on the video driver?
