Safe sender mail treated as junk

Mail from various safe senders is still being sent into my junk folder. Any
idea why this might happen? Typically, it is "junk" type mail such as a
broadcast e-mail. But it's mail I want.

No one really knows why - one suggestion is to delete the junk email rule
