Runtime Error R6025 "Pure Virtual Function Call"

I received this error messaage while using my music
writing program, "Sibelius 2". It causes the program to
shut down. I then have to go into the Sibelius "AutoSave"
to retreive the music score I was working on. I have
gotten this message 4 or 5 times. Can you please expain
what this error message means and how I can fix the
problem. I am working on a Gateway Computer with the
Windows XP Home Edition which was imstalled on the
computer when I bought it one year ago.

This error indicates a bug in the program that you are using. Contact
the program vendor and report the error. You might also want to make
sure you have the latest updates. Updates for Sibelius 2 can be found
on their website at
