Runtime Error 2147221231 (80040111)

During Startup, I get the following error:

Title bar text = Runtime Error '-2147221231 (80040111)':

Window text = Automation Error Class Factory cannot
supply requested class.

Any Ideas? How to fix? PLease post reply, or preferred,
email me to (e-mail address removed).

Sorry, no free email support. This is a newsgroup. You've got something
starting with Windows that shouldn't be. Go to Start>Run and type
"msconfig" without the quotes. Look on the Startup tab and uncheck all
unnecessary items. You can look up what the items are at this site:

The next step is to scan with a current antivirus program (meaning a
version not earlier than 2002 and using updated virus definitions).
Then remove spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy from
www.safer-networking.org and Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure
to update these programs before running them. These programs are free,
so run them both since they complement each other. It is best to run
antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe Mode. You may also need to
run CWShredder from http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/index.html .
Please read the instructions carefully. A great resource for dealing
with spyware is http://www.spywareinfo.com. Also, make sure you've
visited Windows Update and applied all security patches. Make sure you
are running a firewall.
