rundll32 shutdown prob

When shutting down, a box appears(rundll32.exe) saying "If you choose to end program immediately you may lose any unsaved data. To end program now,click end now". Can I disable it & if so how
Never had a prob until last wee

I have the exact same problem and I too never had a problem until a couple
of weeks ago after installing the more recent Windows XP updates and service
packs.
