Run DLL as an App

Folks,
This is a followup to a post I made yesterday. I get two errors on bootup.
Run Dll as an App (AppName: rundll32.exe AppVer: 5.1.2600.0 ModName:
bxotvid.dll ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00017ef4) and Winlogon.exe Application
Error. The instruction at "0x10017ef4" referenced memory at "0x00ff8000".
The memory could not be "read". As long as I don't click on the OK button,
all is well. Once I click it, the system reboots. I recently ( the last
couple of days) ran SpyBot and Adaware. I'm running an online Anti_virus
(Panda Activescan and it found 6 viruses and removed them) just in case
Avast missed something (it did). I ran simtester just to check the memory
it reports good. I've defragged and ran scandisk. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Jim

Shashil,
I'm not sure how much help this will be, but I finally fixed the problem. I
ran HiJackThis and found a few items that I removed. One was for
WtoolsA.exe. I thought that I had already removed it totally, but a piece
was left behind. I also removed references to Reget and Fresh Download,
also previously removed. Every thing was fine after reboot.
You can get HiJackThis at;http://209.133.47.12/~merijn/files/HijackThis.exe
