Right click on file/Send to/No Cdrw drive letter?

Hi
I have a friend who wants to write some files to his cdrw drive. I was
trying to show him the easiest way (for him)

On my computer if I highlight a file, and right click, then click the send
to. it gives me a list, i.e, A drive, briefcase, my documents.(several
others) and my CDRW drive.

How do I get his so it will show it in the send to list, when I right click
on the file?

Turn on CD Burning in the drive's properties in My Computer

I checked and don't see one on his, though I do on mine. His may be xp
professional, would it make a difference?
With nero it seems to work ok, but would be easier for him to right click
