Right click on email note not working in Outlook 2003

When I try to right click on an email note to mark as read or to copy nothing
happens. I just recently converted to Office 2003, Outlook 2003 and Windows
XP.

It always worked before.
 
The following resolved this for several of our users on Win 2000/XP (I am
assuming you mean that the right-click menu just does not appear at all):

- Exit Outlook
- Delete c:\docs&settings\username\local settings\app
data\ms\forms\frmcache.dat
- Relaunch Outlook
