Is there a way to set the font and color when someone is "replying" to an
email you sent. I have a stationary set up with a black background and when
someone responds in that email their font defaults to black and they don't
think they are typing anything. Is there a way to lock the font color as
white?
 
No. They can override it. You should use dark fonts on light bg to avoid
such problems.
