Retrieval of deleted emails from MS Outlook

hi,

I came to know that it is possible to retrive the deleted mail from MS
Outlook .pst file. I am eager to know is there are any steps that we can do
to disable retriving of the deleted email from MS Outlook. pls help.

Microsoft should also consider this buy providing option for the user to
delete the mails permently.

Microsoft already did this. If you delete an item it gets moved to the
Deleted Items folder. If you wish to get it back, you just move it back
from that folder. If you press Shift-Delete, however, the item is
permanently deleted. Also if you empty the Deleted Items folder, the item
is permanently deleted. If you don't want items permanently deleted, don't
empty the Deleted Items folder or, better yet, DON'T DELETE THE ITEM IN THE
FIRST PLACE.
