Restricing content using rating systems.

To restrict all URL's except those that I approve, I applied the method in
MS KB article 267930. This works well. However, often when a user navigates
to another page on an approved site, the content warning pops up that the
site has no rating. We can enter the password to add the site to the
approved sites list; however, we still get the warning every time.

I had posted this question before and received an answer to see points 9 and
10 in the above mentioned KB article. The author of the reply, suggested to
check the "user can see sites that have no rating." However, then users can
see sites that they shouldn't have access to.

The site that I am having trouble with is http://www.scion.com.. We added
this site to the approved site list; however, if we click on a link, such as
"build your scion", the window that it brings up is the one that continues
to display a rating warning even if we add that page separately. FYI, this
is a kiosk at a Toyota/Scion dealership.

The Privacy Report (Alt-V,v) shows that that site is using a tracking service.
It does have a Privacy Policy in contrast to your preferred site but perhaps
you will need to add the tracking service to your list of "allowed" sites too?
