restore recycle bin

My Recycle Bin icon just went away. I have tried the fix at Microsoft and
that didn't work. The number in the registry was still there, but I deleted
and reinstalled it anyways per instructions. I have tried several of the
fixes listed here, but no help. The recycle bin can be accessed through the
disk clean up & deleted so it is still working. I have done a search and the
icon isn't anywhere to be found. I also did a adaware scan for spyware. Any

I have tried that and it didn't work. I have used that site for other
problems in the past and it worked great, but not this time. Dan
