Report Header Issue

How do I get the Report Header to repeat on every page of my report? I've
looked in the property box but have been unable to find anything.
 
Use the Page Header instead of the Report Header.

If you can't do that, you can create a group header, on something that won't
change such as:
=0
Then set its Repeat Section property to Yes.
