Reply picks TO address not not FROM address to reply to.

Reply usually works fine, except for 1 sender in the USA. When I reply to
their email, it puts the original TO address (i.e. my email address) into the
new TO address. Obviously it should use the FROM address in the original
email, which it does every other time. The only difference I can see
(although it does not seem relevant) is that the sender types my email
address in all upper case. My email address is set up in lower case.

I wonder if that sender, for some reason, has your address as their "Reply
To" address. You didn't say what version of Outlook you're using but you
might try opening the message and clicking View | Options and look thru the
message headers and see what the "Reply To" value is.

Sorry, Outlook 2003. But right on the money, they have put my address as the
Reply To address!! Who knows why, I shall point it out to them. Where do they
go to change it?

Depends upon if they are doing it on a case-by-case basis or on the entire
account. If they've done it on the entire account, though, you would
receive EVERY reply sent to them so I'm guessing that's not it.

What e-mail client are they using? If it's Outlook they should click the
Options button (or tab, depending upon version) while they are composing the
message.
