Renaming Files

Is anyone aware of a "find and replace" function for the
Windows file explorer? I want to rename a large number of
image files. Currently they are in the form "DCSN0001".
I want to do a find and replace, keeping the numbers but
replacing the "DCSN" with another set of characters. I
can easily do a find and replace within most any Microsoft
program but am unable to figure out how to do it with file
names. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks for the tip Rich Barry. I have installed this
program and it does exactly what I want to do. Microsoft
should add it into their software.
