Removing undesirable programmes

Can someone tell me how to remove some programmes which I
am unable to removing the normal procedure. I get the
message

"Cannot delete Sex Shows:Access is denied.
Make sure the disc is not full or write protected"

There is no disk involved except the hard drive!

Get free programs like Adaware, Spybot Search and destroy, SpywareBlaster and Spyware Guard. These should clean the garbage like you have out. {:~)
