Remote Procedure Call Automatic Shutdown.

I have been having problems with RPCSS for about two days
now i don't have a clue what it is. A text box comes up
saying that the RPC has been shut down and I have 60
seconds to save every thing and then the computer
restarts. I know you get this error when you end-task
SVCHOST but now the error is coming on automatically.
Please help.

Well I just started having the same exact problem tonight
while I was online gaming (Warcraft 3: FT) and I have no
idea what it is also. Strange tho that when I start up a
message says that I am missing a program that opens a
file that windows is trying to access. The file is like
ft-something.someting. Well I will also be keeping an eye
on this thread to see what comes of it. If anyone has a
solution, please post or email me. TIA
