"Relaying Denied" when sending

Are you trying to send through an smtp server that is not the smtp server of
your isp?

Well I think I am. The SMTP I am trying to send through is through road
runner. When I am at home (with road runner service) I have no problems.
However, when I am on the network at work (unknown ISP) or at a hotel (also
unknown) I keep getting that same error message. Is there any way to change
the settings either in the computer or in outlook to allow outlook to send
e-mail from these locations?

Try checking the box "My smtp server needs authentication" in Email
settings-More Settings-outgoing Server and see if that helps
