Trying to clean up my computer.
In the registry I came across a listing of all of my "Favorites" folders
that I had deleted long ago , such as camera or alaska.
HKCU\software\microsoft\windows\curent
version\explorer\menuOrder\favorites\alaska
If I run a Search for files like camera or alaska, nothing shows up, showing
that they are long gone.
Why does the Windows registry hang on to this useless clutter? How do I get
rid of it?
