Regedit, diabled by Adm.

In connection with a anti virus technician's help with a
virus I apparently had, my regestry editor has been
'disabled by the administrator'. I don't know how to
re-"enable" it. (I need to do so in connection with a
"Winshow" virus that has entered regitry info that I know
must delete.
