regedit, alt+ctrl+del not working

David

Yes, I have seen this problem and the laptop I was
working on had previously had a worm, which had been
removed...several actually. Luckily, I was given
permission to format the hard drive and start from
scratch. It fixed the problems!!! Obviously. Anytime I
come across a computer that has had an active worm that
may have damaged something. I ALWAYS format and start
from scratch. It's the only way to go. Be sure to make a
backup of your files.
