Redlining and Document Compare

I work in a contracts area and have recently evaluated Word XP. We current
use Word 2000. Am planning on upgrading. Is anyone using the redlining and
document compare features in Word 2003? Should I move to it instead?

My users use this feature extensively, and we have found the function
significantly improved in Office 2003. Still far from perfect on large,
complex docs, but 2003 does a much better job than 2000, or XP, in my opinion.

Thank you so much!
