Recycle Bin

The Recycle Bin in my XP desk top has either in error been deleted, or it's
failing to load. Is there someway to get it back without doing a restore?

Hey Phantom, is it something that just happened? Anyone else accesses
your pc and twiddle with settings?... or is just not appearing on your
desktop?
