Recording stream from the desktop - program

    Do you know a program, which will be able to record stream from the
    Windows desktop, but WILL BE ALSO ABLE TO AUTOSTART AND RECORD FROM
    THE MOMENT OF STARTING OPERATING SYSTEM ?
    Sorry for my English ;) and thanks in advance for your help
