Read Only CD-RW!!!

I have a CD-RW that is marked as Read Only. I will not let me delete files,
or reformat. How can I remove the Read Only protection.

You must format it for read-write operation with your
CD burner program, e.g. In-CD for Nero. Check the
help files for your burner.
