Random script appearing on my computer

I think I have a virus, but Mcafee Virusscan not picking
it up. Whenever I have Outlook or Explorer loaded,
random script starts appearing in my emails, word
documents or in the search box of Explorer. I don't
touch the keyboard but words appear and iun some
instances erase what I have already typed. Help! Any
ideas on this, is there a little known virus I have
caught? How do I get rid of this problem? Thanks.
 
Your microphone is probably turned on, and you have
Office or the XP built-in transcription capability on.
Find your microphone control and shut it off.
