prutsct is encountering a proble.

Whenever I start up my computer, it says that 'prutsct' has encountered a
problem and needs to shut down.

I press 'don't send error report' or 'send error report' but a second later
the window pops up again that tells me that 'prutsct' has encountered a
problem once again.

This program may be running as a startup program or service. Perform
"msconfig" to disable all background software temporarily.

1. Click Start and select Run.
2. Type MSConfig and press Enter.
3. Click the Startup tab.
4. Click Disable All ( If you find "prutsct" on the startup tab, you can
simply disable it instead of disabling all software)
5. Click OK.
6. Restart the system.

If you are getting a message "System Configuration Utility you are using the
selective startup for troubleshooting your system", I suggest you check the
check box in that window and click OK. This occurs if you are using the
Selective startup option and not using the normal startup to reduce the
number of startup programs.

If the issue is resolved, enable one program at a time to find the program
which is causing the error.
