"Protocol Error 550" from McAfee when responding to email

I get this error message when trying to respond to email. The messasge
states to get help from email program. I use Outlook 2002. I just switched
to Comcast from Bellsouth; however I was getting this problem periodically
from Bellsouth. Any ideas?

Turn off AV scanning of your incoming and outgoing mail to see if that helps.
It won't compromise your security.
