Program Start Menu

In Windows XP when I click on start and point to all
programs, three columns of programs are displayed. The
third column(far right)is not wide enough to read the
program names and I can't move or resize the window> Is
there a way to read the full width of the right hand
column?
 
Right click the Start button and select Explore and/or Explore All Users. Rearrange your shortcuts and folders to take up less room. You can also right click the Start button, select Properties, Customize and use the Scroll Programs option, to create one scrolling column.
