My daughter is trying to contect to internet through
Juno, but gets a message that it is already running.
This is a dial up connection but yet her phone is still
working when it tells her she's already connected. Where
can she go to unconnect whatever it is that is keepting
her from getting online? She was on line on Sunday and
upgraded her system with appropriate upgrades and hasn't
been able to access internet since.

Has she tried rebooting the system?
Have you done a Ctrl-Atl-Delete and try to shut it down?

Yes, she has rebooted several times and each time she
clicks on her Juno or internet connection it says its
running. But its really not because her telephone is
working fine.
