problem shutting down computer

For the past 2 weeks every time I go to shut down my
computer (Windows XP) I get an "End Program Box" that
says "End Program - Notification Wnd for RNAdmin" I can't
seem to find what program is not responding? Does anyone
know what this means?

Uninstall Real Player..
Delete any remnants of it in the Common Files folder..
Install Real Alternative instead.
