Printmaster problems

I am using xp Pro, 512 mb RAM on a Dell machine.
I just installed printmaster, Platinum 15 and when I try to create a
project/card the palette stays blank. I can select a clip art and all that
show up on the palette is the little control squares thats used to move the
object around.
Also if I use the draw tools, squares, circles,etc, they show on the palette
until I release the mouse button and they disappear!!
I know someone out there that is a lot smarted than me has the answer, as I
have tried everything I know what to do. TIA

Did you click on "insert" to create a box for doing what you want? Or right click the clip and click insert?

Broderbund also has a good online help file system.
