Printing on colored paper

I'm trying to print orange text on black paper, and I have my color cartridge in, but it prints out black. Does anyone know how to help me?
 
I think it very unlikely that any color of ink would show up on black paper
(unless perhaps you're using a solid-ink or laser printer).
