whenever I print my powerpoint presentation the Print comments and ink
markup check box is always checked. Is there a setting to turn off the
checked box?

thx
rudy

If you didn't insert any comments, the Print Comments and ink markup option
should not be available to you. If you have inserted any, go to File > Print.
Uncheck the "Print comments and ink markup" from there.

is there a way or registry setting that I can set to turn off the check
print comments and ink markup option? even if I already had inserted
comments? reason is that
I share the presentation among other staffs within the firm and they do not
need to print the comments. In Powerpoint 2000 we had the option to check the
box if we needed to print the inserted comments . With PP 2003 is checked?

thank you for your prompt reply....

thx Rudy

Sorry, not familiar with the registry part, can't seems to find this option
in the registry. Perhaps others here might be able to provide a solution for
this one.
