You've gotten good advice, but if you'd like more help please post back
to this thread with details about your machine and what you are trying
to accomplish.
Anyone with physical access to a computer (and with requisite knowledge)
can do anything to that computer. If the computer is in a public place,
one thing to help is to set a BIOS password and also set the machine to
only boot from the hard drive.
