Power Down

Hi,

I'm trying to get my pc to power down after
shutdown...I've already tried enabling the APM node in
device manager, but that just causes my pc to restart
again, after shutdown. My bios is plug and play
compatible (however if there is something in there I need
to change could you please tell me because I'm not too
experience in BIOS), and under power options it says my
computer supports advanced power management Is there
anything that I need/am missing for this to work?

I too am having the same problem. It works on my Gateway PC but not on my other PC which uses the xfxforce motherboard.
