Presentation (.ppt) or SlideShow (.pps)

To change the pot file itself, just use PowerPoint. You can access the
contents of the template via View - Master.

To change a photo (or similar graphics file) for a design template, you can
use Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and insert it into a PowerPoint template.

PowerPoint.

Choose File, Open and navigate to your .POT file, choose it and you're editing.
