Pop Ups

I have used Ad-Aware 6, Spybot S&D, and have done a
manual check through the registry, and I still can't
figure out why every time I first open Internet Explorer,
a random pop up come up. It also does that at different
sites, but they do not go with the site because, 1, I
have a apop up blocker, and 2, the content of the pop up
is random and does not relate to the site I am viewing.
