I get repeated Pop-Ups that bypass my Norton and Earthlink
antipop-up software. It appears in a Dialog Box entitled
Messenger Service. Messenger Service claims it is done
through open ports which were "...built directly into (the)
Windows operating system". Their messages range from
general ads to hard core porn. Questions: 1. Why did
Microsoft create these ports? 2. What is Microsoft doing
to correct the problem and prohibit access to the ports?
3. Does Microsoft have any business relationship with
Messenger Service thereby enabling them to bypass other
antipop-up software? 4. How can I eliminate Messenger
Service access to my computer?

Please advise as soon as possible.
