Pop Up Stopper

I use windows xp and have downloaded and use Pop up stopper. I downloaded it
while on my identity and it doesn't seem to be operating on anyone elses
identity. any suggestions on how to make it load for everyone?

There must be some provision in the pop up stopper options.Please check
there and do it accordingly.
