When watching a presentation, if the user clicks the right mouse button
a Menu will pop, is there is a way to program the presentation so
pople cant do that ?

Eliminate the pop-up menu.

I will like the slide-show to just run until the end, and no one can do
anything to it, no right mouse button click for any menus.

Go to Slide Show > Set Up Show and set it to Kiosk. Then no keyboard or mouse
actions, except the Escape key, will work. Users will have to click on
navigation links that you provide. This setting travels with the presentation.
