Please help me w/ Win Password.

I forgot my windows log on screen admin password, and now
I cannot restart my
pc or anything. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

XP Home or Pro? If Home, go into Safe Mode (tapping F8 as the computer
is starting and choosing "Safe Mode") and log on as Administrator. If
you did not specifically change the password for this special account
(and if you have Home, you probably didn't) the default password is
blank. Then you can go to the User Accounts applet in Control Panel and
change the password for your particular account. Restart into regular
mode. If you have XP Pro, please post back for more help.
