Please help - email query

Hi, I have a query which I would really appreciate some
help with.

I am very much a computer novice, but would like to know
how to stop my IP address going out with any outgoing
emails. Such as hotmail, where the recipient has full
headers selected so they can see the IP of anyone who
sends them mail. How do I stop my IP address being
displayed to anyone else?

Please help!!!!

Not possible. Why are you worried about this? Make sure you have a good
firewall,and good antivirus software, and you run Windows Update regularly.
