Pivottables update source data incorrectly

If you download an excel spreadsheet with a pivottable whose source data is
in the same workbook from a website, and select "Open" (rather than "Save"),
you will not be able to refresh the pivottables. This is because it
automatically updates the source data information to the temporary file in
your cache that no longer exists (I think). In any case, the error it throws
either should not happen (since the pivottable should not update the source
data for something in the same workbook), or it should tell the user to
download the sheet before refreshing pivot table data.
