Pier to pier network backup

I am trying to backup several pier to pier computers.
There are files in Window and Program Files directories
which are not accesible. Ideas?
 
Did you share the drives? Which folder/files are you backing up are are you
trying the whole drive? How are you trying to back them up, what program?
Are you backing up over the network or on the local machine? Error messages?
