Photo gallery page won't save

Win XP
Frontpage XP

create a montage of pictures using Photo Gallery. I go
to save or save as (both give them same result) and I get
an error that says

"To svae this page and photo gallery, open a frontpage
based website and save this page to this site"

Can I just not save it normally!

You must first open web (File Menu | Open Web) then you create your web content within this web,
such as the photo gallery. When working with images, you need to first import them into your web
before you use them in the web.
