Hey there,
I have a few questions regarding CRM if that is OK?
In relation to the phone call activity do you know how to change the default
direction from outgoing to incoming when the form loads and have the
sender\receipient change at the same time? Again, related to the phone call
activity when you do a lookup for say the sender (the person calling you) is
it possible to have the default view set to contact rather than accounts?
