Persisting msmsmg.exe

I've disabled it as I have MSN Messenger and Windows Messenger services, and
yet, msmsmg.exe is still running in Task Manager.

I can stop msmsmg.exe in Task Manager, but next time I boot up there it is
again. I do not see it at all in msconfig and services.msc show it disabled. So
what's going on?
